I know what it’s like to push yourself until there’s nothing left. When I was 13, I was diagnosed as “chronically tired.” Nothing worked, until one NLP session revealed the truth: I wasn’t sick; I was exhausted from constantly trying to prove my worth. That moment taught me the power of mindset and how beliefs can drain or liberate our energy.
 

Years later, as a corporate leader, I fell into the same trap: high standards, endless pressure, total disconnection. I realized I was becoming the kind of leader I once wanted to save. That’s when I left to help others lead differently.
 

Today, I work with high performers and leaders to find their center again, so they can lead from authenticity, not control.

What I learned from working across different industries (technology, tourism, and hospitality) is that it doesn't matter what position you have in a company, or what industry you work in - everyone is facing similar limiting beliefs.

"I'm probably not good enough", "Others know so much more than I do", "Everyone has such high expectations of me", "If I don't perform well I probably get fired", etc.
