Get out of your CRASH State

Do you easily feel triggered or stressed by things that happen around you?

Then you're probably operating from a CRASH state.


CRASH stands for:

  • Contracted

  • Reactive

  • Analysis paralysis

  • Separated

  • Hurt


In the video below I explain how you can get out of this CRASH state.


From there, you can easier move towards a COACH state, which is a state of alignment from where you can operate a lot more effectively.

Such an effective and fast exercise! I just did it since I was feeling stressed, and paying attention to the way you breathe connects you back to your body and releases the heavy stress feelings. Thank you for sharing Simone.
